NFC Tag Router Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
NFC Tag Router is an iPhone app from SpratAITechLabs that lets organizations program NFC tags and change where they send people. This policy explains what NFC Tag Router collects, from the people who manage tags in the app ("admins") and from the people who tap those tags ("visitors").
Information from admins
- Email address. You sign in with your email and a one-time code (or the sign-in link in the same email). We use your email only to create and secure your account and to contact you about it.
- Your organization's content. The organizations, locations, tags, buttons (destination links) and notes you create are stored so they're available whenever you sign in. If you set a tag password for locking NFC stickers, it's stored with your organization, along with a key recording which password each sticker was locked with, so you can rewrite or unlock your stickers from any device.
- Subscription status. Purchases and free trials are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription, but never your payment details.
Information from visitors who tap a tag
When someone taps a NFC Tag Router tag, their phone opens the tag's link (an address on go.nfctagrouter.com) and we immediately redirect them to the destination the admin chose. For each tap we record:
- which tag was tapped, and when;
- the browser's user-agent string, which describes the type of device and browser.
We use this only to show the admin tap counts for their tags. We don't collect visitors' names, contact details, accounts or precise location, and we don't set cookies or show a page before the redirect. If a tag is paused or no longer exists, visitors see a short notice page instead, which may show the organization's name. Once a visitor reaches the destination site, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts go.nfctagrouter.com, the address written on each tag. It passes every tap on to our redirect service, forwarding only the browser's user-agent string, and doesn't store tap data. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the visitor's IP address to deliver the request, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Supabase hosts NFC Tag Router's database, sign-in and redirect service, and stores the tap records described above.
- Resend delivers NFC Tag Router's sign-in emails, so it processes your email address and the sign-in message.
- Apple processes App Store subscriptions and payments.
These providers process data on our behalf to run NFC Tag Router. We don't sell personal information, and NFC Tag Router has no ads or third-party tracking.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and organization data while your account exists. If your subscription lapses, your data is kept so it's there if you subscribe again or restore your purchase, and your tags keep redirecting visitors. Deleting a tag deletes its tap history.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your organizations, locations and tags in the app at any time. To delete your account and all of its data, or to ask a question about your information, email sprataitechlabs@gmail.com.
Children
NFC Tag Router is a tool for organizations and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and each organization's data is only available to its signed-in owner.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let admins know in the app or by email.
