NFC Tag Router Terms of Use
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the NFC Tag Router app and service ("NFC Tag Router"), provided by SpratAITechLabs ("we", "us"). By using NFC Tag Router, you agree to them. If you use NFC Tag Router on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization.
1. What NFC Tag Router does
NFC Tag Router lets you create links, write them to NFC tags, choose where each link sends people, and see how often each tag is tapped. You're responsible for the physical tags you program and where you place them.
You can optionally lock stickers with your organization's tag password so others can't rewrite them. Locking relies on the tag chip's built-in protection, which deters casual tampering but isn't a guarantee against a determined attacker. Stickers locked outside NFC Tag Router, or with a password NFC Tag Router doesn't have, may not be recoverable by us.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to that email secure; you're responsible for activity in your account.
3. Subscriptions and free trial
- Managing tags in NFC Tag Router requires a NFC Tag Router Pro subscription, offered monthly or yearly through Apple's App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and you're charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If your subscription ends, you lose access to the admin features, but tags you've already programmed keep redirecting visitors and your data is kept for when you resubscribe.
4. Acceptable use
You're responsible for the destinations your tags point to. Don't use NFC Tag Router to:
- send people to phishing, malware, scams or other harmful or deceptive sites;
- send people to illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- harass people, collect their information without permission, or break any law;
- interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the NFC Tag Router service.
We may pause tags or suspend accounts that break these rules or put visitors at risk.
5. Your content
You own the names, notes and links you add to NFC Tag Router. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep NFC Tag Router and its redirects running, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we ever shut NFC Tag Router down, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can repoint or replace your tags.
7. Disclaimers
NFC Tag Router is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Tap counts are provided for information and may not capture every tap.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SpratAITechLabs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of NFC Tag Router. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for NFC Tag Router in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using NFC Tag Router at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
10. Apple
These terms are between you and SpratAITechLabs, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for NFC Tag Router or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use NFC Tag Router after an update means you accept the new terms.
