Overview

This policy covers the apps published by SpratAITechLabs, including Pitch It, Scrap Gourmet and NFC Tag Router, and this website, sprataitechlabs.com. It explains what information they collect and how that information is used.

Information we collect

• Content you provide, such as photos of items you want assessed (Pitch It) and ingredient lists or fridge photos (Scrap Gourmet). This content is used only to provide the app's features.
• Advertising data: Pitch It and Scrap Gourmet show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, approximate location based on your IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics, as described in Google's privacy policy. Neither app asks for your precise location.
• Basic diagnostics, such as crash reports and performance data, which help us fix bugs.

How we use AI services

Some features send your content to third-party AI providers to generate results. For example, Pitch It sends the photo you choose to Google Gemini to identify and assess the item, and Scrap Gourmet uses Google Gemini to recognize ingredients in your photos, write recipes and create pictures of the finished dish. That content is used only to fulfill your request and is not sold.

Data stored on your device

In Scrap Gourmet, your saved recipes, pantry, shopping list, meal plans and impact stats are stored only on your device. Scrap Gourmet has no accounts and doesn't upload this data to our servers. It's removed when you delete the app.

NFC Tag Router

NFC Tag Router has its own detailed privacy policy and terms of use. In short:

• Account: you sign in to NFC Tag Router with your email address and a one-time code. We use your email only to run your account.
• Your organization's data: the organizations, locations, tags and destination links you create are stored with our backend provider, Supabase, so they're available when you sign in.
• Tap counts: when someone taps one of your tags, we record the time of the tap and the browser's user-agent string (the device and browser type) so you can see tap counts. Tag links are delivered through our hosting providers, Netlify and Supabase. We don't collect names, contact details or precise location for people who tap a tag.
• Subscriptions: purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
• No ads: NFC Tag Router shows no ads and doesn't track you across other apps or websites.

This website

• Visitor statistics: sprataitechlabs.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or store identifiers on your device, and it doesn't track you across other websites. We only see overall numbers, such as page views, which sites referred visitors, countries and device types.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Offline copy: so the site works without a connection, your browser saves a copy of its pages and images. That copy stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
• No ads or sign-ups: the website shows no ads and has no accounts. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't use your photos, recipes or other content for advertising.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

You can delete your content in the app or ask us to delete it. To request deletion or ask a question, use the contact link on our homepage.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
